Job Details
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
Hours: 1st shift 6am-330pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:
- Complete and verify job travelers, routing steps, and processing documentation in accordance with aerospace quality requirements
- Perform receiving, in‑process, and final inspections including count, visual, and dimensional verification
- Use precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers (ID/OD), bore gauges, and thickness gauges
- Ensure parts conform to customer specifications, drawings, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and clean, organized work areas
- Support production schedules while ensuring 100% quality and on‑time delivery of customer orders
- Accurately complete inspection records, processing paperwork, and quality documentation
- Participate in corrective actions, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Hands‑on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
