Role: Visual Inspection Operator

Location: Concord , North Carolina

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3), day or night

Our client is hiring Visual Inspection Operators for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in North Carolina. In this role, you will operate inspection machines, monitor production, and make sure products meet quality standards and safety rules (cGMP).

You should have experience in manufacturing or a regulated environment and be comfortable using machines, recording data, and keeping work areas clean.

1. Equipment Operation

• Operate automated and semi-automated inspection machines
• Use equipment such as:
  • Syringe Inspection Machine (ASIM)
  • V90+ inspection system
  • Robotic palletizers
  • Automated pallet jacks
• Handle machine alarms and fix basic issues

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Record production data in electronic systems (MES)
• Follow all procedures and cGMP guidelines
• Report any issues or deviations properly

3. Work Environment

• Follow gowning procedures in controlled areas
• Clean and sanitize work areas as required

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or pharma industry
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of cGMP
• Ability to follow instructions and keep accurate records

Preferred:

• Experience with electronic batch records (EBR)
• Knowledge of PharmaSuite or similar MES systems
• Experience with automated inspection machines
