Our client, a global power and electrification manufacturing leader, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering / Operations department supporting Manufacturing, Operations, and Cross‑Functional Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$35 – $38 per hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, CTQs, Q‑gates, and inspection checklists
  • Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield and implement actions to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Investigate customer complaints using root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
  • Support customer audits, FATs, and certification audits (UL, CSA, ISO)
  • Perform COPQ analysis and support process improvement and automation initiatives

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Hands‑on experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, 8D, 5Why, Kaizen)
  • Experience supporting audits and working with industry standards (UL, IEEE, NEMA, CSA, ISO)
  • U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
