Quality Documentation Specialist Compensation
- Pay Rate: $34.72 per hour
- Bill Rate: $50.00 per hour
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees after 1 year of service
Quality Documentation Specialist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Required availability: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
- Hybrid onsite/remote flexibility may be available
Quality Documentation Specialist Responsibilities
- Review APM Quality Assurance procedures and collaborate with document owners to ensure proper transfer and assignment within BD systems
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation records in accordance with Quality System requirements
- Support special projects including documentation remediation, training assignments, and records retention initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions
- Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal compliance guidelines
- Monitor and audit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Generate document progress reports for senior leadership
- Conduct regular document reviews and audits to maintain system integrity
- Ensure timely delivery of documentation to support project milestones and deadlines
- Act as a liaison between departments to drive alignment, resolve quality issues, and mitigate risk
Quality Documentation Specialist Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with quality systems, documentation control, or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Attendance mandatory for the first 90 days
Quality Documentation Specialist Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry environments
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control processes
- Prior experience with audits, compliance monitoring, or quality assurance processes
