As a Quality Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our customer experience. As Quality Customer Service Representative you will be the go to person for answering questions, resolving issues and making sure customers feel heard and supported.


What Your Days Will Look Like As A Quality Customer Service Representative

  • Directly answer customer questions and resolve issues regarding accounts and service solutions while helping boost sales
  • Educate customers on our products and services, highlight their benefits and guide them toward the right solutions in order to drive sales
  • The Quality Customer Service Representative will support customers with account activations, plan modifications, service upgrades and other account related inquires
  • Keep updated records of sales, account information, customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Work together with internal teams to tackle complex customer issues, ensuring consistent service and meeting customer expectations and sales goals
  • Join workshops and training sessions to boost your sales skills and grow your Quality Customer Service skills
  • Collaborate with other Quality Customer Service Representatives to boost sales and support team objectives

Qualities of the Quality Customer Service Representative

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Previous experience as a quality customer service representative, in sales or in a customer facing role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquires 
  • Listening and problem solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of customer inquires
  • Time management and organizational skills
