Hourly Pay: $24.55-$28.35

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize data from multiple sources (including the electronic health record) to support clinical and operational performance improvement.
- Create and share reports, presentations, and updates to help care teams track Quality Improvement measures, HEDIS, GPRA, patient satisfaction, grants, and pay-for-performance programs.
- Use reporting tools to build dashboards, run reports, track performance metrics, and generate patient outreach lists to support quality initiatives.
- Contact patients by phone to help improve compliance with quality measures, screenings, and follow-up care.

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated skill in clearly presenting data.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience working directly with data in a midsized organization.
- One year experience in healthcare - health information technology, quality improvement, or patient services- preferred; experience working in a health center (IHS, FQHC, or similar)
