**Core Responsibilities**
- Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices
- Identify and mitigate potential food safety concerns
- Manage scheduled quality tests and inspections, maintaining high standards
- Perform tasks such as sanitation checks, product sampling, and equipment inspections
- Oversee facility compliance and conduct environmental sampling
- Facilitate employee training and maintain associated records
- Update and ensure adherence to operating protocols
- Analyze quality data to identify issues and foster improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of food safety compliance
- Provide flexible support to testing needs during weekends or holidays at an external lab

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication
- Experience with quality documentation systems and procedures
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Capable of following complex instructions and guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Effective communicator at all organizational levels
