Quality Control & Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO)

- 7–10+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years as an SSHO on federal projects
- OSHA 30 Construction certification
- Strong EM 385‑1‑1 knowledge
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must pass background check and federal suitability screening
- Proficiency with USACE RMS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and enforcement skills
Security Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and federal suitability screening prior to onboarding
- Conduct daily safety inspections
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Develop and manage APPs and AHAs
- Ensure OSHA and EM 385‑1‑1 compliance
- Coordinate safety with project teams and subcontractors
