Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for an onsite opportunity in Tempe, Arizona . This role supports daily operations in a Field Assurance lab environment and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with documentation, sample handling, shipping coordination, and quality processes.

• Support daily operations within the Field Assurance / Complaint Handling Lab
• Document complaint samples received for evaluation
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of complaint samples and sample return kits
• Assemble return kits and manage warehouse pickups and drop-offs
• Maintain accurate shipping records and tracking documentation
• Process image and video review requests in a timely manner
• Update and maintain tracking logs for pending and completed requests
• Order shipping and lab-related supplies through approved vendors
• Follow good documentation practices when recording sample information and preliminary results
• Maintain laboratory standards and clean work areas
• Escalate unexpected issues to leadership as needed
• Support proper storage and disposal of complaint samples according to procedures
• Assist with continuous improvement of lab processes
• Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have proof of the Hepatitis B series , be willing to complete the series, or sign a waiver

• Knowledge of the FedEx shipping system
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience in a medical, GMP, lab, or clean room environment preferred
• Familiarity with biosafety and laboratory practices is a plus

• Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Work may be performed in an open cubicle and lab environment
• Position requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and frequent hand use throughout the day

• In-person interviews required
