Shift:

7pm-3am

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with QA Supervisor and Operations facility management team to review requirements and ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.
• Help provide cross-functional interaction with departments to ensure all processes are monitored and reviewed.
• Abilities to troubleshoot and analyze unpredicted things that may come up
• Conduct pre-op inspections and verify corrective actions prior to production release
• Report food safety issues so that they may be addressed right away.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and perform routine to complex tasks.
• Perform bi-annual mock recalls.
• Knowledge of pest control.
• Leadership skills and ability to communicate and execute non-conformities effectively.
• Ability to address a non-conformity.
• Verification activities including, but not limited to, calibration of instruments, titration, and monitoring records.
• Experience in sanitation monitoring activities including ATP and allergen swabbing.
• Microsoft OfficeSuite or Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Documentation focused, the ability to comprehend and support documentation errors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in food science, quality assurance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance or food production role, preferably in a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document and analyze data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Must be Spanish / English bilingual.
