Quality Assurance Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Munster, IN area!

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Food Safety and Quality of all products
• Assigning work duties to all Quality Assurance Technicians and measuring work performance
• Ensure a complete inspection occurs daily
• Responsible for all documentation for HACCP plan
• Responsible for all documentation for SQF program
• Administer ongoing employee training
• Participate in employee training program
• May have to act as back up to the QA Technician
• Act as back up to Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in food industry
• 2+ years quality control experience
• HACCP training
• SQF exposure
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
