Description

  • Apply data‑driven methodologies and continuous improvement principles to identify opportunities for quality enhancement across manufacturing operations
  • Lead analytical support for root cause analysis related to quality incidents, deviations, or non‑conformances
  • Develop, maintain, and improve systems for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key quality performance indicators
  • Conduct ongoing data trend analysis to proactively identify emerging risks or performance gaps
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy, and traceability of quality data, reports, and analytics tools
  • Support quality documentation activities, including data summaries, reports, and standard work instructions
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support product specifications, customer inquiries, corrective actions, and audit readiness
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Support internal audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections as needed
  • Perform additional quality‑related duties as assigned

Profile

A successful Quality Specialist should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline
  • Experience working within formal quality systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FSMA, GFSI, or comparable frameworks)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools such as Excel, Minitab, or equivalent platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality, compliance, or manufacturing environment
  • Preferred:

    • Quality or auditing certifications (e.g., HACCP, PCQI, CQA, CQE)
    • Experience supporting audits or regulatory inspections
    • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, or manufacturing performance software
    • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
