Quality Assurance Manager

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen their quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and build a strong culture of accountability across production. This role will oversee the full Quality Management System, lead a team of quality professionals, and ensure products meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. If you enjoy being on the shop floor, solving problems, and improving processes, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact. 

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the Quality Management System and quality team
- Oversee inspections, testing, and calibration processes
- Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, and process improvements
- Manage customer quality requirements, audits, and supplier quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures

What We're Looking For:
- Quality leadership experience in manufacturing (fabrication, welding, machining, stamping, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of APQP tools (PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, Control Plans, MSA)
- Experience with audits, inspections, and technical drawings
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
