Introduction

Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products. You will be part of a dynamic team working on a Data Warehouse project in the Treasury Domain, utilizing your expertise to enhance our quality assurance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong ETL and Database Query building skills.
  • Experience with Test Automation, scripting, and Regression testing.
  • Experience with defect management systems such as JIRA.
  • Working knowledge with QA automation tools such as Selenium, TOSCA, QTP.
  • Functional Knowledge of Swift and payments domains.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience with ALM, JIRA, qTest, and Automation Tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey messages to a broad audience.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
  • Seeks out best practices to find opportunities for improvements in test execution processes.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Ensure the testing strategy and processes are well-defined and continuously improved for the team or teams.
  • Establish and optimize test processes including defect management and reporting.
  • Create and optimize test automation frameworks and use of test automation tools.
  • Lead test planning for complex features that span across the platform or multiple teams.
  • Manage test execution and assist with resolving, communicating, or escalating any issues that may result in test plan variance.
  • Participate in triaging reported issues/defects and assist with resolving or escalating them as necessary.
