Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to achieve business outcomes. This role requires a seasoned expert with a proven track record in ensuring software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through comprehensive testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with Selenium, Automation, and Java.
• Proven experience in UI and API test automation with Java using Selenium and RestAssured.
• Experience in identifying automation opportunities and developing test automation for applicable test types.
• Experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub/BitBucket.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Lean Agile Certification.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and case reviews, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Create and manage traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize testing tools and processes to complete testing and support code promotion.
• Maintain and catalog test suites across all test types (Smoke, Integration, Regression, etc.).
• Execute manual and automated tests, reporting issues and defects with clear background information.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
