QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) in Quality/Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of industry experience in component quality and reliability, background in RF components is a strong plus.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, MATLAB, or equivalent). 
  • Experience with qualification testing, reliability methodologies, or product validation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured test protocols and technical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with high-power RF components (PAs, LNAs, RF Switches) a plus
  • Clear understanding of Industry Standard Quality and Reliability requirements, including ISO9001, IATF16949, JEDEC standards and others.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Familiarity with continuous improvement and failure analysis tools and reporting, such as 8Ds, 5-Whys, Kaizen, etc.  
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. 
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform statistical data analysis on product performance, reliability metrics, and manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and execute product qualification campaigns, including planning, test execution coordination, data review, and final reporting.
  • Develop, document, and maintain product test protocols, including electrical test plans, reliability test flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product or process issues, including responding to customer quality issues.  Document findings using 8Ds and other processes. 
  • Collaborate with design, test engineering, and operations teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems, documentation, and test methodologies.  Support maintaining ISO9001 Certification and overall company QMS. 
  • Interface with suppliers and manufacturing partners as needed to ensure compliance with TagoreTech quality standards.
