Quality Analyst

Pay Range: $32 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with network and cable/streaming companies (customer facing role)
• Get a schedule for what they are delivering
• Working with metadata, ensure delivery to all end points etc
• Troubleshooting and opening tickets if needed
• Reporting back to the networks
• Supporting video on demand aka digital distribution, working with AMCN
• Will be working with internal tools

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Jira
• ServiceNow
• Tracking in Excel, Googe docs, and Airtable
• Technical troubleshooting
• Strong communication
