Within the Georgia Public Health Laboratory this position serves as a Quality Analyst on the Quality Assurance team. Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Director, the Quality Analyst will work to assure compliance with the requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) for a high-complexity clinical laboratory, implement the facility’s quality management system, and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
The Quality Analyst will support implementation of our inventory management system (Odoo); assist with management of various applications within the Quality Management System (QMS) including the MediaLab document control system and Clinisys Laboratory Solutions (CLS); and play a key role in implementing CLS with the health districts.
