Job Description:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the auditing and testing of equipment being repaired at a bench level.? This position ensures that repaired product passes inspection at the bench level.? The Quality Inspector will interface with Line Management to alert them to any deficiencies and document accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- English is required. Training will be conducted in English. Read, write, and communicate with others in English.
- Computer proficiency. Basic data entry. Must be able to navigate basic computer applications (i.e. MS Office).
- Ability to count accurately. Attention-to-detail. Be organized.
- Ability to follow work instructions closely.
- Perform final inspection and packaging; previous quality inspection experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Open, close, tape boxes.
- Be assertive and provide guidance on quality inspections. Meeting branch metrics and customer KPIs is important.
- Must have 1+ years of quality control experience in a warehouse logistics, electronics, or telecommunications background. No Food Industry experience.
- Standing up to 10 hours
- Lifting items up to 50 lbs. boxes or pallets
- Taping boxes shut
- Verifying part numbers to packing list
- Counting parts
- Using pallet jacks
- Basic Math Knowledge
