Looking for an experienced QA Technician, specifically in the electronics industry and preferably some familiarity with different types of communication devices (RF / Microwave / SAT-COM, Must be able to successfully pass and retain J-STD (Soldering) Certification & IPC-610 (Inspection of Assembly Standards) and other training certifications, as assigned. All training and testing to be provided by the company. Perform inspections and test on incoming material as well as in process and finished product, to ensure that quality standards and process controls are being met throughout the manufacturing process. Perform incoming inspections, in process, and final inspections as required. Inspection and testing of parts for compliance to drawings and/or specifications. Ensures that quality standards are being met during the production process and quality problems are identified and resolved. Generate the appropriate documentation, records, and reports. Analysis using visual inspection, optical microscope, and specialized electrical test equipment. Test various circuit board chassis to comply with customers specifications. Make repairs down to component level on circuit boards and adjustments and calibrations to circuit boards. Sets up standard test apparatus or test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of circuit boards. Adjusts, calibrates, aligns, and modifies circuitry, components and records effects on unit performance
