We are seeking a dynamic and innovative QA Product Manager to join our Tech Services team. This is a permanent position that provides an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality tech services. The QA Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
As a QA Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Defining and implementing quality assurance strategies for our tech services and products.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of QA processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
3. Developing and maintaining QA metrics to measure and track product quality.
4. Leveraging your strategic thinking skills to identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
5. Using your analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Fostering a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring our products meet user needs and expectations.
7. Influencing key stakeholders to prioritize quality in product development and decision-making processes.
8. Continually reviewing and improving QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA management role in the tech services industry.
2. Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking and planning.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
4. A user-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and expectations.
5. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively with diverse teams.
6. In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving quality objectives.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
