QA Lead with Python, Qtest

Title: QA Lead with Python, Qtest

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: 100% Remote (USA)

Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated test scripts using Python. Execute automated tests and analyze the results. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements. Report and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks. Create and maintain test documentation and reports. Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework. Good knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Working knowledge of test management software, such as qTest, Zephyr, and others. Proficiency with SQL and experience with database testing is advantageous. Experience in project management and QA methodologies, including familiarity with Agile frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
