QA Lead - Selenium

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Selenium
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams
