Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 6-8 years of experience in Data Protection with Quality Assurance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to mentor junior QA engineers

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

(Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with the latest QA tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
