Put Your Truck to Work – After 7PM. Trash Collection Side Job.

What You’ll Get:

• Pay: Up to $20 per hour
• Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
• Part-Time: Around 10–15+ hours per week
• Close-to-Home Assignments: Within a 20 min driving radius

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance 
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
• Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

• Perform nightly door-to-door collection of bagged trash and recycling from assigned apartment communities
• Property assignments may vary based on company needs and staffing demands; associates may be assigned to locations across Midlothian, North Chesterfield, and Richmond
• Transport collected materials to designated on-site compactor or disposal areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and property-specific guidelines
• Maintain a consistent evening schedule and meet productivity expectations
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and property staff as needed
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas while servicing properties
• Travel between assigned properties within a 20-minute driving radius
