We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be sharp, engaged, and responsible for placing orders and ensuring they are followed through until shipment in a timely manner. Experience with QuickBooks (QB) is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Purchasing & Procurement
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify receipts against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders.
- Ensure orders meet required delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders proactively.
- Manage and track open orders to ensure fulfillment.
- Provide approximately 10% customer service support as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience required.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to track multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
