Purchasing & Hardware Asset Management Specialist

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, procurement, supply chain, or a related corporate function
- End-to-end IT hardware procurement and requisition-to-delivery management
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT asset lifecycle governance
- Vendor coordination and third-party supplier management
- Purchase order (PO) processing and invoice reconciliation
- Inventory management, logistics coordination, and asset optimization
- Process improvement and workflow standardization
- Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Certifications such as ITIL v4, ServiceNow CSA, or Hardware Asset Management certifications are a plus
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or a comparable IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
- Understanding of the IT asset lifecycle (request, procurement, deployment, retirement)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset management
- Exposure to workflow automation or low-code/no-code tools (preferred)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive operational tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and leadership
- Strategic mindset with the ability to support future-state process improvements
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
