Puerto 27 (Pacifica Oceanfront Restaurant)

Puerto 27 is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team at our oceanfront Peruvian restaurant in Pacifica. We are looking for people who are professional, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and cocktails.

Our bar program focuses on pisco cocktails, fresh ingredients, and high-quality spirits, paired with one of the most beautiful views on the coast.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and craft cocktails with consistency and efficiency
  

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
  

• Maintain a clean and organized bar workspace
  

• Assist with bar prep, batching, and inventory when needed
  

• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience preferred
  

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  

• Weekend and evening availability required
