Prior Security, Military Public Safety, Law Enforcement or Corrections Department experience a plus
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

§  Frequent patrol of building lobbies, stairwells and other assigned areas;

§  Files accurate reports; and

§  Follows proper protocol and procedures in the event of crime/accident/incident.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

§  High School Diploma or equivalent;

§  Valid NYS Driver License;

§  Current security license (preferred); current certificates (preferred), FDNY Certificate of Fitness (preferred);

§  Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a security capacity, residential environment (preferred);

§  Outstanding customer service;

§  Proficient report writing; and

§  Great communication skills.
