Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, track, and maintain public records and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to and coordinate records requests in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to records management and compliance.
  • Support compliance audits and risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in training staff on records and compliance best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
