Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee contractor performance to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to relevant parties.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of construction management principles and the Property industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
