Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including intercompany billings, tenant invoicing, and expense allocations
- Coordinate payroll processing, related journal entries, and labor cost allocations across entities
- Track fixed assets, project costs, and depreciation related to construction and leasehold improvements
- Maintain corporate records, governance documents, ownership workbooks, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate insurance renewals, property tax billings, and compliance-related reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Five or more years of progressive accounting and financial statement preparation experience
- A proven ability to master new financial technologies and accounting software quickly
