NOW HIRING: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Admin to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and able to assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks while maintaining a positive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed
  • Perform basic clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination
  • Maintain office organization, including supply inventory and shared areas
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office, clerical, or administrative support role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
