NOW HIRING: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Admin to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and able to assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks while maintaining a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed
- Perform basic clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination
- Maintain office organization, including supply inventory and shared areas
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office, clerical, or administrative support role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
