Psychiatric Technician

We’re seeking a licensed Psychiatric Technician to join a dedicated team providing direct care and behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities and complex psychiatric needs.
Responsibilities include:
✔ Assisting with activities of daily living
✔ Implementing behavioral support and intervention plans
✔ Administering medications and authorized nursing treatments
✔ Monitoring, documenting, and reporting behavioral and physical changes
✔ Supporting community outings, appointments, and programs
Requirements:
✔ Active California Psychiatric Technician license
✔ At least 6 months of direct care experience with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors
✔ Ability to participate in hands-on intervention training
✔ Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 365 days
