Compensation:
Pay Range: $42.00 Per HR
Description:
• We are seeking a dedicated professional for a Contract position in Astoria, NY.
• This role involves working onsite during the day shift on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• The candidate will be responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of an RN or Medical Director, utilizing various healthcare technologies.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of a formal Technical or Vocational LPN Program
• NYS LPN license
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in Phlebotomy and EKG
• Computer literacy including proficiency in standard office and healthcare software
• Available to work a flexible schedule as needed
Qualifications:
• Preferred one (1) year experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Experience working with clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or Serious Mental Illness (SMI)
• Knowledgeable about SUD-specific treatment protocols
