Cimarron is seeking a *Property Specialist* to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.
Key Duties: 
- Support the Site Lead with property management and logistics operations for COS and regional facilities.
- Oversee materials management, data integrity, physical inventory, and customer support functions for property outcomes.
- Conduct move team operations for IT and non-IT equipment, including disconnecting and reconnecting end user devices such as desktops, monitors, VOIP phones, and peripherals.
- Perform internal audits through data mining, review, comparison, and correction of physical and electronic records.
- Review and update records, identify process improvements, and ensure accurate documentation practices.
- Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with property-related data.
- Support all assigned property management responsibilities at a high level across various operational areas.
- Execute inventory management tasks using Zebra barcode scanners.

Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: 
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time. 
- This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- 4 or more years of related experience. 
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, and stoop/reach to move boxes and retrieve property.
- Must have strong data entry skills with the ability to accurately create, update, and correct a high volume of records on a daily basis.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience with Zebra barcode scanners. 
- Excellent verbal communication skills. 
- Ability to communicate with a diverse customer base. 
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining thoroughness and attention to detail.
