Clear Height Properties is a 15-year-old, entrepreneurial real estate firm focused exclusively on industrial real estate. Our purpose is simple: Building Wealth and Creating Legacies - for our team, investors, and communities.

We're growing with intention toward 50M SF under management by 2034 and are looking for a Property Manager who wants real ownership, accountability, and room to grow.

This Role Is a Fit If You:

What You'll Own:

• A portfolio of 20+ industrial properties across Chicagoland

• Property inspections and overall asset condition

• Tenant move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and improvements

• Capital projects in partnership with our PDS team

• Operating budgets, financials, and CAM/tax reconciliations

• Delinquencies, collections, and lease compliance

• Vendor performance and key service contracts

• Support for acquisitions, dispositions, and investor reporting

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience (industrial preferred)

• Strong knowledge of budgets, CAM/tax reconciliations, COIs, and vendor contracts

• Comfort with Excel, Word, and Yardi

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Illinois Real Estate License (or in process) a plus
