Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall property operations including tenant relations, building performance, and vendor management
Oversee budgets, reforecasts, variance reporting, and support monthly close activities with accounting teams
Manage accounts receivable/payable processes, lease compliance, and financial reporting
Coordinate capital projects, tenant improvements, preventative maintenance, and sustainability initiatives
Partner with leasing and asset management teams on market insights, renewals, and tenant experience
Supervise on-site staff and foster a strong service-focused culture
Qualifications
7+ years of commercial property management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Advanced Excel skills; MRI or similar real estate systems preferred
Experience with tenant work order systems (Angus or similar) a plus
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to be onsite and conduct property inspections as needed
