What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee day‑to‑day property operations, inspections, and maintenance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and local officials
  • Manage leases, service requests, vendor contracts, and performance
  • Coordinate capital improvements, construction projects, and inspections
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, receivables, and select legal matters
  • Supervise on‑site staff and respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed
  • Promote a professional, collaborative team environment while ensuring company policies are followed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience (strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications a plus
