Position Overview:
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of a portfolio of industrial and/or commercial properties. This role requires hands-on property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- The Property Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of industrial and/or commercial properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- The Property Manager will oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, insurance requirements, and safety regulations.
- The Property Manager will support lease administration, including renewals and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- 3+ years of property management experience within industrial and/or commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of leases, CAM, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing industrial assets (warehouses, distribution centers, and flex space).
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar).
- Exposure to capital projects and tenant improvement coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
