Overview:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of an on-site residential condominium in Coconut Grove. This role works closely with the Property Manager and Board of Directors to ensure efficient operations, excellent resident relations, and proper administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day condominium operations
Serve as a point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests
Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, recordkeeping, and reports
Coordinate service requests, maintenance schedules, and vendor access
Assist with violation notices, work orders, and follow-ups
Support move-ins/move-outs and access control procedures
Attend meetings as needed and prepare meeting materials
Ensure compliance with association policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in property management or condominium/HOA administration preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software a plus
Ability to multitask and work independently in a professional environment
Knowledge of Florida condominium operations and regulations is a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor required
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, on-site position
Compensation commensurate with experience
