This role is ideal for adjusters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing claims from the desk while supporting field inspections and policyholders.

What You'll Do

• Review and manage residential property claims related to wind, hail, water, and other covered events

• Analyze inspection reports, photos, and documentation submitted by field adjusters

• Prepare and review repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

• Maintain organized claim files while meeting carrier guidelines and reporting timelines

What We're Looking For

• Licensing: Active Georgia adjuster license or designated home state license

• Estimating Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

• Technical Skills: Comfortable reviewing documentation, estimates, and claim files digitally

• Work Style: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple claims efficiently

• Responsiveness: Able to handle assignments promptly and maintain consistent turnaround times
