Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and light commercial properties to identify and document damage
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and detailed reports
- Serve as the liaison between homeowners and contractors
- Provide guidance on repair scope and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in property damage assessment, construction estimating, or similar
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction
- Experience with estimating software
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Reliable, independent, with valid driver’s license and transportation
