CENCO Claims is adding a Residential Property Adjuster to support daily field inspections in the Santa Fe, NM area. This role is focused on residential claims and offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and hands-on support from an experienced claims team.

Role Duties:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties to assess damage

• Create accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Collect clear photo documentation and detailed written findings

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier contacts

• Manage claim files efficiently and submit reports within required timelines

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Knowledge of residential construction and property damage assessment

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active New Mexico or designated home state adjuster license
