We're looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant with experience in property management to join our growing team!
Essential Functions:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office management and property management. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
- Assist potential residents with applications and provide exceptional customer service to existing residents.
- Maintain accurate and organized files for each client and property.
- Coordinate and schedule prospective tours.
- Schedule and coordinate new resident move ins, update vacancy lists.
- Perform apartment inspections and process paperwork.
- Professionally collaborate with team to ensure properties meet quality standards.
Experience:
- Proven experience in property management.
- Familiarity with fair housing standards.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in handling various office tasks efficiently.
