Property Accountant
Compensation: $70,000-100,000.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant
- Own all financial operations for 10–12 properties on Skyline
- Deliver accurate, on-time monthly financial statements; resolve backlog and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with leadership and property managers to understand assets, site visits for business context
- Optimize system functionality and financial controls within Skyline; swiftly identify and correct discrepancies
- Support property transactions by providing timely, credible data for disposals, banking compliance, and strategic decisions
Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
- Direct, hands-on expertise with Skyline property management/accounting software
- Demonstrated experience producing full-cycle real estate financials—no training provided, must be ready to lead
