Property Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger and financial reporting for assigned properties.

• Support month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Prepare tenant billings and annual CAM reconciliations.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate property financial records.

• Partner with operations to monitor rent rolls, leasing activity, and property performance.

Property Accountant - Qualifications:

• 3+ years of property accounting experience, ideally within commercial real estate (industrial preferred).

• Experience with tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and property financials; Yardi strongly preferred.

• Strong Excel skills and team-oriented mindset; Accounting or Finance degree preferred but not required
