Job Details
  • Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices to tenants
  • Record, apply, and deposit rent receipts and other cash payments
  • Reconcile accounts receivable, collaborate with Property Management on delinquencies
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable - vendor payments, invoice approval/entry
  • Assist in creating annual property budgets - enter fixed expenses
  • Enter approved budgets, provide budget vs. actual variance reports
  • Record key lease inputs in accounting system
  • Support property manager with annual CAM reconciliations
