Property Accountant
Our growing client in the Real Estate Investment space is seeking a Property Accountant to join the team. This individua will report to the Accounting Manager and be responsible for monthly accounting for an assigned portfolio of commercial mixed-use properties and some corporate accounting functions. This exciting role will have a pathway for growth in the future.

What you will do as the Property Accountant:
- Daily oversight and responsibility for Accounting of assigned properties.
- Will lead relation and communication with external property accounting team for onboarding new assets.
- Annual lender reporting and debt covenant tracking.
- Bank account setup and entity management
What you will bring as a Property Accountant:
- 2-3 years property accounting in a commercial / retail environment.
- Strong understanding of CAM reconciliation.
- Proficient in Yardi and Excel
Annual compensation between $75,000 and $90,000 annually plus target bonus in the 5-10% range
