Promotional Products Specialist (Monday–Friday | 1st Shift)

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with customers and sales team to source products, build quotes, and secure orders
• Research vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Manage projects through production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• Enter job details, track progress, and prepare final invoices
• Create product presentations and curated selections for clients and events

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in promotional products within a manufacturing setting
• Strong math, writing, and project management skills
• Excel skills (data entry, tracking, reporting)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
• Reliable, team-oriented, and a great fit for a laid-back, no-drama culture
